We would like to congratulate Commissioner Andy Kostielney for being elected President of the Board of Commissioners.  We would also like to congratulate County Councilman Dale Devon for being elected Vice-President Pro Tempore for the County Council.  We are proud to have such strong conservatives in leadership positions!
