Republican Women

The purpose of the St Joseph County Republican Women Club is to unite Republican women in our area for fellowship and to share current information on the Republican Party.  We work to elect Republican candidates and to support our elected officials. In keeping with our American form of government, we promote sound Republican political doctrine.

We are pleased to announce that our 2020 Woman of the Year is Linda Rogers.  Linda has been a member of the St. Joseph County Republican Women’s Club for many years.  She was elected an Indiana State Senator in 2018 and keeps us well informed concerning the business of the State Legislature.  Linda and her husband Mike Rogers, own Juday Creek Golf Course where she has graciously hosted many of our special events.  Linda Rogers became the first female President of both the National Golf Owners Association and the St. Joseph Valley Home Builders Association.  She and Mike are parents of Michelle and are the proud grandparents of two grandchildren.  Linda approaches everything with a positive outlook and smile.

Over 70 members and guests were treated to a wonderful talk by former President of the National Federation of Republican Women, Sue Lynch at our Annual Membership Brunch.  She was very complimentary about the efforts of our group and inspiring for our future.  Always a favorite, U.S. Rep. Jackie Walorski was also able to join us and give a little update from Washington.  A tip of the hat and many thanks to Membership Chairman, Sherry Cummings, for everything she did to organize the event!
